Meet The Managing Partner Paul Sharma
Paul Sharma, the Managing Partner, has rich human resources experience. Because he worked as a trade union official for four years prior to re-training as a solicitor, Paul is in the unique position of having ‘been on both sides of the fence'. This has enabled him to help employers solve problems before they have developed into serious and costly Employment Tribunal cases. Paul sees his role with clients as not simply an extraneous service provider, but as a trusted advisor who seeks to understand the ‘personality' and inner workings of a client's business, so that he can deliver more of a tailored and pre-emptive style service. Paul is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
